Leadership workshops
The world we live in lacks values such as honesty and authenticity. The lack of them leads to interpersonal communication gaps in the personal and business world.
On the farm, with the horses, there is no room for fake emotions. Authenticity is necessary for us to be able to get close to the horses, handle them, and even exercise them. Practicing honest and true communication will optimize our communication with the team, with our managers, and with ourselves.
Our workshops are unique, effective, and customized to the company's needs. They focus on developing communication skills, management, group coordination, and dealing with pressure and challenges in the business environment, with the horses serving as active partners in the learning process.
What to bring?
Come exactly as you are. With the skepticism, fears, ideas and questions. Maybe a little hungry and thirsty for good food and an interesting road that you don't meet every day. And also closed shoes and a hat.
How and where?
The workshop takes place on an agricultural farm, in Moshav Devora in the Gilboa. We will start relatively early, with breakfast, we will talk about how it all started and what it has to do with horses, we will practice unique ground work with horses, and conclude with a glass of wine and a good meal.
Who is it for?
Managers, teams and groups from all fields, who wish to try and deepen their management, communication and excellence skills, gain new skills and do so through a unique way of working with horses in a pastoral and beautiful place.
Personal & Group Empowerment
From working with the horses, the participants will experience a variety of exercises for personal and group empowerment, which will improve the sense of competence and the level of self-confidence.
Developing Management & Leadership Skills
The workshop offers the participants to deal with exercises in a varying of difficulty levels, which will help them deal with pressure, decision-making process and management of everyday life at the business world.
Team Building
Targeted activities for teams of all types that include formation, synchronization and coordination while focused work with the horses in varying of exercises based on cooperation.
Developing Communication Skills
Participants will practice honest and authentic communication in focused work with the horses, which will improve their communication in general and with team members in particular.
